SAN DIEGO (May 11, 2010) - Damage Controlman 1st Class (SW/SS) Brian Clegg inspects a fire hose aboard USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53) prior to the ship's damage control Planned Maintenance System (PMS) hydrostatic test.  PMS is part of the Maintenance and Material Management (3M) program that ensures a ship maintains a high continuous material readiness.  (U.
