​180313-N-KP021-0238 YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 13) Rear Admiral Marc Dalton, Commander, Task Force 70, conducts an All-Hands call on the U.S. Navy barge (APL 40) with the crew of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52). Barry is currently going under a Dry-Dock Selected Reserve Availability period at Fleet Activities Yokosuka which includes maintenance, repairs and upgrades on various hull and ship systems.
