Aloha and Welcome to Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific (NSTCP), located in Pearl Harbor, HI.

Your tour at NSTCP will be rewarding in many ways. You will be part of an outstanding team of professionals that trains and supports the Navy's operational forces in the pacific. Professional, Personal Development, Leadership, and Qualification opportunities are plentiful. As far as leisure activities are concerned, there are few places that rival Hawaii for climate, support for hobbies, sports, entertainment, and shopping. You have been assigned a sponsor who is anxious to assist you with your transition to shore duty in Hawaii. He will be an excellent resource in addressing any concerns you may have such as planning your arrival and arranging for temporary lodging.

Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific "Big Blue" Building 1262 is located on North Ave. Naval Station Pearl Harbor. If entering the base at Makalapa Gate, turn RIGHT at the traffic light and proceed down North Ave. “Big Blue” will be on the RIGHT. Turn RIGHT just after you pass the building and proceed around the building to the main entrance located within the quad parking area. If entering from Nimitz Gate, turn right and proceed through 2 traffic lights onto North Ave. (Makalapa Gate will be at the second light).

NSTCP Engineering, Fire Fighting and Damage Control schools are located on Ford Island. Entering the Ford Island Bridge, proceed to the Turn Around and take the third exit onto O’Kane Blvd. Proceed to the far end of the island. Turn LEFT and follow the road around. NSTCP F/F DC school, Building 463, will be on your RIGHT. TSD Hawaii, Building 39 is where NSTCP holds all other Engineering training. TSD Hawaii will be the second building on your RIGHT as you pass through the curve. Student and visitor parking is available between Hanger 54 & 79 across the street on your LEFT.
