Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know (EPCRA) and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting is a four-day webinar course (approximately 5 hours per day) emphasizing emergency planning, emergency release notification, MSDS reporting requirements, Tier I/Tier II reporting requirements, toxic chemical release reporting and information required for EPCRA compliance.

This 4 day Webinar (approximately 5 hours per day, 0730-1230 Pacific) is delivered via DCOII which can be accessed via the "Four-day Course" link above; active only when the scheduled webinar is in session.
 
Supplemental refresher workshop webinars will also be offered. The Section 311/312 Refresher and the Section 313 Refresher are single days (approximately 5 hours per day, 0730-1230 Pacific). Refreshers will be available to attendees of the full course approximately 2 months prior to the respective reporting deadlines and will serve as a forum for the participant to have all of their installation specific EPCRA issues addressed.
