"Ductus Exemplo - Lead by Example"

Our Mission
…to provide the right instruction, at the right time, to support our Navy and Marine Corps forces throughout the Pacific Rim.

My Vision
My Vision for CNATTU North Island is to support the warfighter with the most effective learning environment possible and provide the greatest accuracy of curriculum to prepare them for operational tasking at the “Tip of the Spear.”

While our organization and the training we provide changes in the future, we will build on our reputation of delivering “top-notch” instruction.

To achieve this vision, I commit to foster a command culture where our customers are the number one priority; where every member of our team is treated with respect, clearly understands how they contribute to our mission, is recognized for a job well done, seeks opportunities for professional and personal growth and strives to make a difference; where communication is clear, open, timely and flows freely throughout the command.

I believe we will accomplish OUR mission by adhering to the Navy Core Values:
HONOR… I am accountable for my professional and personal behavior. I will be mindful of the privilege I have to serve in the United States Navy or Marine Corps.

COURAGE… The value that gives the moral and mental strength to do what is right, with confidence and resolution, even in the face of temptation or adversity.

COMMITMENT… The day-to-day duty of every service member in the Department of the Navy is to join together as a team to improve the quality of our work, our people and ourselves.

My focus is to ensure we work together while concentrating on what is essential for Warfighter support and mission accomplishment; the growth and development of our people and organization for today and into the future.
