The mission of the Naval Service Training Command is to transform
volunteers into Naval Service Professionals. We instill and reinforce
enduring core values, knowledge, and skills to prepare them for the
fleet. Naval Service Training Command oversees Recruit Training Command,
Officer Training Command, Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps and Navy
Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps.
The mission of Recruit Training Command is embodied in the Recruit
