The Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide information technology programs designed to enable common business processes and provide standard IT capabilities to Sailors at sea, Marines in the field and their support systems. PEO EIS ensures these programs maximize value to the warfighter by balancing cost with the capability delivered to the end user.

The PEO EIS Technical Director is responsible for technical strategy development, planning and portfolio integration. Recognizing the rapid evolution of IT and the way it is acquired, implemented, and used, the Technical Director assists PEO EIS business competencies in continuously modernizing their processes to enable the Navy to more effectively acquire and utilize information technology. 


PEO EIS program offices:

Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN), PMW 205, manages the acquisition life-cycle of the Department of the Navy's (DON) enterprise-wide information technology (IT) networks. NEN's portfolio includes the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net), and the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract.

Navy Enterprise Business Solutions (Navy EBS), PMW 220, is a portfolio program of IT solutions for aligning the Navy's money, manpower, and materials. The Navy EBS portfolio includes both Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) and the E- Business and Electronic Procurement System (EPS), which modernize and standardize Navy business operations by providing unprecedented management visibility across the enterprise and increasing effectiveness and efficiency.


Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), PMW 230, supports the modernization and sustainment of Marine Corps supply and maintenance functions through the development of a web-based common user interface that provides an integrated and distributed logistics capability enabling leaders to effectively plan, manage, execute, and monitor logistics operations from both a garrison and a forward deployed environment.

Sea Warrior Program (SWP), PMW 240, is the single information technology (IT) acquisition agent for N1 business operations, providing full life cycle management to support the Navy's manpower, personnel, training and education (MPT&E) initiatives. The SWP portfolio includes MyNavy Portal (MNP), mobile apps, Navy eLearning (NeL), distribution systems, Navy Pay and Personnel System (NP2) and Authoritative Data Environment (ADE).

Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S), PMW 250, developes and implements reliable, efficient and secure business information technology (IT) solutions. E2S's portfolio includes the Department of the Navy Tasking, Records and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DON TRACKER), iNAVY, DON IT Portfolio Repository/DON Application and Database Management System (DITR/DADMS), Naval Justice Information System (NJIS), Joint Air Logistics Information System (JALIS), NAVY 311, Navy Information Application Product Suite (NIAPS) and Risk Management Information (RMI).



Special Networks and Intelligence Mission Applications (SNIMA), PMW 260, manages the acquisition lifecycle of the Navy's shore-based Joint World-Wide Intelligence Communication Systems (JWCS) information technology (IT) domain, including modernization, operations and security, and evolves and sustains mission-focused intelligence software and software applications.

​Navy Commercial Cloud Services (NCCS), PMW 270, develops and executes the Navy's overarching cloud brokerage structure. NCCS supports the accelerated adoption of commercial cloud technologies and services while protecting Navy information in the commercial cloud.

Special Access Program Networks (SAP), PMW 280, is responsible for planning and managing integration of capabilities for Department of the Navy (DON) SAP enterprise IT networks.

Enterprise IT Strategic Sourcing (EITSS), PMW 290 implements and manages Information Technology (IT) agreements for the Department of the Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Government through research and negotiation, ultimately consolidating, centralizing, and streamlining IT acquisition.

Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution - Technical Refresh (NMMES-TR), PMW 444, is responsible for the acquisition, program management and life cycle sustainment of the replacement of the Department of the Navy's (DON) shore maritime maintenance information technology (IT) solution. NMMES-TR will provide the DON with a modernized IT eneterprise solution which will enable the planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and certifying of Depot and Intermediate level maintenance and repair of submarines, aircraft carriers and surface ships.
