NIWC Atlantic Releases Commercial Solutions Opening for Navy, Marine Technology Exercise

NavalX NISE ANTX

ANTX Overview

  • ANTXs link operators, government scientists and industry to innovate and inform concepts and tactics to rapidly deliver technology to the warfighter
  • Led by the Naval Research & Development Establishment (NR&DE), advanced technology innovation events are hosted by Naval Warfare Centers to demonstrate emerging technologies and innovations to address Navy and Marine Corps mission priorities and gaps
  • ANTXs provide an environment for the warfighter to assess the operational utility of technological innovations
  • During the exercise, military decision-makers identify promising technologies

NICE ANTX

  • Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC), Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane have partnered to execute the NICE ANTX
  • Scheduled to be conducted in April 2021 on both physical and virtual ranges in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
  • The following capability areas are targeted for experimentation at the NICE ANTX
    • Command and Control
    • Operations in the Information Environment
    • Domain Maneuver
    • Fires & Effects
    • Fleet Support

How to Get Involved

Share this information across your networks

Submit a technology

  • The CSO outlines the proposal process; only a Quad Chart and White Paper needed
  • Please note that the CSO closes on July 1, 2020

Participate in Fleet and Force Engagement Team (FET) meetings (government only)

  • 10 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess technologies submitted to the CSO
  • One week time dedication at LANT on July 27-31, 2020

Become a Technical Assessor at the NICE ANTX (government only)

  • One week time dedication at Camp Lejeune April 2021

Assist the Core Team (government only)

  • We are always looking for assistance at milestone events
