NIAPS Dimensions is the Configuration Management (CM) tool used to collect requests to Join NIAPS, receive NIAPS deliverables, etc.


This document addresses some of the most critical tasks an application owner needs to understand and implement prior to beginning any work in the NIAPS Dimensions CM tool.

The NIAPS Deliverables File Naming Standards document identifies how the required deliverables should be named before they are placed in the NIAPS Dimensions Configuration Management (CM) Tool.

Based on the type of NIAPS Request (NR) a customer submits, the NIAPS Deliverables Matrix identifies what deliverables will be needed from a NIAPS customer by the NIAPS process.

NIAPS is managed by the Naval Information Warfare (NAVWAR) Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) Sea Warrior Program (PMW 250). Sea Warrior is the single IT acquisition agent for non-tactical business operations addressing manpower, personnel, training and education capability gaps, legacy systems and Distance Support.  Major players include:
