a.  Description.  A plain, blue, six-gored skirt made of authorized fabric, with a waistband pocket in the upper right front (figure 3501.62-1).  The welt pocket style may be worn as long as serviceable.  Skirt matches the coat in color and fabric.

b.  Correct Wear. 
Wear skirt with flesh tone hosiery (article 3501.29) and side zipper on the left.  For shipboard restrictions, refer to article 1101.5.  Length may range from 1-1/2 inches above to 1-1/2 inches below the crease behind the knee.

c.  Ownership Markings
(Optional for Officers/CPOs).  Center surname, first initial and middle initial (if applicable) inside right front pocket.
