Awards
All commands are strongly encouraged to take part in the awards process. Nominating Sailors and Civilians for both external and internal awards should be part of an ongoing recognition program.

The nomination period for the 2019 Captain Joy Bright Hancock and Master Chief Anna Der-Vartanian Leadership Awards will commence with the issuance of a NAVADMIN in
December 2018.  An approved template will be uploaded at that time.

The following are some Navy and non-DoD organizations/affinity groups awards that have historically held distinct DoD or Veteran award recognition programs.  Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
