***Updated: 6 November 2018***
The Fall FY19 FTS Transfer/Redesignation Board (#035) adjourned and the results are posted to the right. Selectees can expect a letter to accept or decline their selection by 9 Nov 18 via their .mil email. If you have not received your letter, contact PERS-92 at (901) 874-4513. All accept/decline letters must be returned to PERS-92 NLT Mon, 26 Nov 18. Failure to return the letter will constitute declination of the opportunity; no extensions will be granted.
Once all acceptance letters are received, your FTS detailer will contact you (this may take up to four weeks), and they will work with you on your next assignment timing.
- Active Component officers (i.e., XXX0 designator): Once you accept your selection, we will determine the best time for you to be scrolled from the Active Duty List (ADL) to the Reserve Active Status List (RASL) based on needs of the Navy/PRD/promotion status/etc. You will be issued a new oath into the Navy Reserves within 3-12 months. Of note, your designator change can occur before you have new orders to your first FTS position.
- Selected Reservists (i.e., XXX5 designator): You are already on the RASL and checking in to your new FTS duty station will change your designator to XXX7. Your FTS detailer will contact you to discuss your individual timing.
Congratulations to those selected and we look forward to working with you!
For those that were not selected, or if you are interested in applying for future FTS Officer Redesignation Boards, expect the updated NAVADMIN concerning the FY-19 Spring Board (which will convene on 1 April 2019) to be released and posted to this webpage in January 2019.
