FTS Redesignation Board

Limitations Matrix document has been updated for year group FTS in-quotas (Table 1).

All finalized documents pertaining to the Fall FY19 FTS Redesignation Board have been posted to the right.

Key dates:

20 Sep 2018: Package due date

19 Oct 2018: Final day to submit correspondence to the President

                    of the Board

30 Oct 2018: Board convening date

30 Oct 2019: MSR NLT date

30 Apr 2020: PRD NLT date


Applicants must perform all three steps below by the deadline in order for his or her application package to be accepted. 


         Step-1: Required reading.  Click on each of the “Required Reading” hyperlinks to the right.  You will be asked to acknowledge that you viewed this information at the beginning of Step 2.


         Step-2: BUPERS Online (BOL) E-Application.  The BOL E-Application link has been added to the right side of this page.  Once in BOL, select the FTS Redesignation link to fill out the application.

Note 1: If information submitted as part of your E-Application changes (PRD, contact information, community preferences, etc.) you must resubmit the E-Application again in order for the changes to be incorporated.  Updates can be submitted until the submission deadline and the most current submission will be used.


Note 2: In cases where your BOL application differs from your package submission, the default will be your package submission for your desired communities.

Note: HSC applicants must delineate and rank their choice for logistic support (HSC-3 SAU/SCORE) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) support (HSC-85/Tactical Support Unit) within their application.  Aviation applicants, please contact the FTS Aviation OCM with any questions.

Board Results will be posted on this website as soon as they are approved.  Approval time is typically within four weeks after the board adjourns.  Results are NOT released by message traffic but will posted on this page.
