Master Chief (AW/SW) Brandi D. Heath is a native of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1997. She enlisted in the United States Navy in January of 2001. Upon completion of Basic Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, she reported to Aviation Maintenance Administration (AZ) “A” School in Meridian, MS.
In May of 2001, she headed to her first duty station, Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA and reported to Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD). In June of 2003, she reported to the “RAGIN’ BULLS” of Strike Fighter Squadron THREE SEVEN (VFA-37) where she served as Maintenance Control Logs and Records Leading Petty Officer. In July 2008, she reported to the “GLADIATORS” of Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO SIX E/F (VFA-106) where she served as a Leading Petty Officer. In March 2011, she reported onboard USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH (CVN 77), Norfolk, VA where she served as the Production Control Chief and completed the Maiden deployment. She was promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer in 2011.
In April of 2014, she returned to NAS Oceana where she reported to the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU). While at CNATTU, she was selected to the Command Senior Chief program. In May of 2017, she reported to the “Dragon Whales” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron TWO EIGHT (HSC-28) where she was selected as Command Master Chief.
Master Chief Heath is currently serving as the Command Master Chief at the “Dusty Dogs” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron SEVEN (HSC-7). She is a graduate of U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class #203) and Command Leadership CMC/COB Course (Class #187).
Master Chief Heath holds an Associate Degree in Supervision and Management from Coastline Community College. Her personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (4) and various other units and campaign awards.
