Command Master Chief Baron Randle is a native of Houston, Texas. After graduating from Ross Shaw Sterling High School in 1989, he joined the Navy and completed both Recruit Training and Seaman Apprenticeship Training in San Diego.
Command Master Chief Randle has served aboard various ships including guided-missile frigate USS Rodney M. Davis (FFG 60), the aircraft carrier USS Independence (CV 62), coastal minehunter USS Robin (MHC 54), and guided-missile destroyer USS Curtis Wilber (DDG 54). He also served as Command Master Chief aboard guided-missile frigate USS Halyburton (FFG 40), guided-missile destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51), and Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic Staff Command Master Chief.
Command Master Chief Randle’s shore assignments include Navy Recruiting Station Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Navy Recruiting Station, Waukesha, Wisconsin where he won awards of Large and Medium Stations of the Year; Center for Surface Combat Systems, Great Lakes, Detachment Technical Training Officer for Signalman/Quarter Master “A” School; Assault Craft Unit TWO (ACU 2) and U.S. Fleet Forces Fleet Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Training Team. Command Master Chief Randle currently serves as Command Master Chief at the Naval Safety Center.

Command Master Chief Randle’s personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal with two gold stars, Navy Commendation Medal with three gold stars, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with two gold stars, the Navy Good Conduct Medal with one Silver Star and three Bronze stars, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and various service and campaign awards.
