Brass Quintets
The U.S. Fleet Forces Band's Brass Quintets, led by Musician First Class Josh Neumeyer and Musician First Class Chris Beehler, have been providing entertainment and inspiration to the men and women of the U.S. Fleet Forces for years.
The Brass Quintets perform a broad repertiore of music including transcriptions of Classical and Baroque-era works, traditional martial music, jazz, Dixieland, and even Broadway show tunes.
The small size, range of music, and the versatility of brass instruments allows the quintet to perform at a wide variety of occasions and venues throughout the Hampton Roads area. These ensembles frequently perform for public concerts and military ceremonies.
The Brass Quintets also perform children's educational concerts and clinics for high school and college music students. A uniquely versatile ensemble, the quintets are sure to add flair to any occasion.
