ACCS(AW) Brian K. Armstrong

ACCS(AW) Brian K. Armstrong is a native of Eugene, Oregon, and graduated from Henry D. Sheldon High School in 1993. Senior Chief Armstrong entered the Navy in 1994, where he attended basic training at Recruit Training Command Orlando, Florida.
He graduated Air Traffic Control AC A1 school in Millington, Tennessee in March 1995, which was followed by his first duty assignment onboard USS New Orleans (LPH-11) in San Diego, California. His subsequent follow on tours include Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Naval Supply Facility Diego Garcia, USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), a second tour at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Tactical Air Control Squadron ELEVEN.
Personal Decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, and numerous citation and unit awards.
