​SAN DIEGO (April 25, 2016) Rear Adm. Jim Kilby, commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), lays a wreath on behalf of the U.S. Navy during the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) Day memorial ceremony aboard the USS Midway museum. ANZAC Day 2016 marks the centenary anniversary of the first major military action by ANZAC forces during World War I.
