Command Senior Enlisted Advisor
Senior Chief Tim Nettles is a native of Midland, TX. In 1992, he completed Recruit Training in Great Lakes, IL and AZ Class “A” school in Meridian, MS. He graduated with honors from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2002 and a Master’s in Organizational Management in 2007.

His tours of duty include:  Naval Air Warfare Station Pt Mugu, CA; HM-15 Corpus Christi, TX; Naval Weapons Test Squadron Pt. Mugu, CA; VFA-22 Lemoore, CA; FRC Southwest Site Pt Mugu, CA; VFA-97 Lemoore, CA.

Senior Chief Nettles has qualified as an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and earned numerous unit and personal awards including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four awards), The Navy and Marine Corps Achievemnt Medal (six awards). He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 154 (Khaki) where he was awarded the Academic Achievement Award.
