121027-N-XD935-198 ARABIAN SEA (Oct. 27, 2012) - An airborne mine countermeasures device is recovered by Sailors aboard the mine countermeasures ship USS Pioneer (MCM 9). Pioneer is assigned to Commander, Task Force 52, supporting mine countermeasure operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet of area of responsibility.
