PEARL HARBORĀ - The Avenger-class mine countermeasures ship USS Pioneer (MCM 9) pulls into Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to participate in Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2010 exercises. RIMPAC is a biennial, multinational exercise designed to strengthen regional partnerships and improve multinational interoperability.
