040812-N-2006A-001 Ingleside, Texas (Aug. 12, 2004) - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Terry Scott, speaks with Chief Petty Officer (CPO) selectees in front of the mine countermeasure ship USS Chief (MCM 14) homeported at Naval Station Ingleside. The CPO transition season is officially underway. MCPON completed the first week of a fleet-wide tour with a stop at Chief before continuing on his tour.
