Executive Officer

CDR Judd Krier is a native of Bath, PA. He was commissioned in 1997.

His sea assignments have included: after station officer, USS Enterprise (CVN 65); first lieutenant, USS Ponce (LPD 15); reactor controls division officer, USS Truman (CVN 75); and, strike officer, USS Vicksburg (CG 69).

His shore assignments have included: SWO(N) program manager, OPNAV N133; action officer, The Joint Staff, Directorate for Strategy and Policy (J-5); and, master instructor, United States Naval Academy.

CDR Krier is a 1997 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) and a 2002 graduate of Old Dominion University (Masters of Engineering Management).

He has been awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (one gold star), and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two gold stars).
