120504-N-KS651-039 GULF OF ADEN (May 4, 2012) - Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 2nd Class Joshua Kennedy supervises Fire Controlman 3rd Class Megan Roche as she brings in the phone and distance line during a replenishment at sea aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52). Pearl Harbor and embarked Marines assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are deployed as part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
