CAMP PENDLETON (May 12, 2011) - Six USS RUSHMORE Sailors spent two days in a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) Preparatory Course for Non-Compliant Boarding School (NCB).  They spent a day of dry-fire training at ESG-3 with FCC McCoy and then the next day at a range in Camp Pendleton to learn how to shoot efficiently and successfully in preparation for NCB's shooting course.
