120523-N-AL752-426 GULF OF THAILAND (May 23, 2012) - Marines assigned to 4th Marine Regiment drive their amphibious assault vehicles (AAV) onto the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) after a bilateral U.S. and Royal Thai Navy beach landing at Hat Yao Beach. The 4th Marines are embarked aboard Germantown and participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2012.
