SUBIC BAY, Philippines - A landing craft utility approaches the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Denver (LPD 9) in preparation for a stern gate marriage. USS Denver is part of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and is participating in Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) with the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
