PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 9, 2011) Engineman 1st Class Kevin Jones explains the capabilities of the command and control center to Ensign Patrick Love aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18). New Orleans and the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit are conducting pre-deployment work-ups as part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group.
