Filming of Army Navy Football Spirit Spot 
 
SAN DIEGO (November 15, 2010) – Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Douglas Bedford coaches USS Makin Island (LHD 8) Commanding Officer Capt. Jim Landers during the filming of Makin Island’s Army-Navy football spirit spot. Each year, commands from across the Navy submit spirits spots that are broadcasted during the football game between the U.S. Naval Academy and U.S. Military Academy.
