As many of you know, an OMBUDSMAN is your connection to the ship, especially when it is not in home port. We are trained to handle your calls and concerns for a variety of issues from newly arrived, to troubles with base facilities to family emergencies both here and abroad. Privacy is highly regarded. On occasion it may be necessary for you to contact us because you can not reach your spouse on the ship or you have questions and have not been able or may not know where to look.
