3/25/2010  Boxer Sailors volunteered to help with school's fundraising event 
SAN DIEGO (March 25, 2010) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Fuels Airman Recruit Michael McCormick runs with Lakeside Farms Elementary School students for the first lap of the school’s jog-a-thon fundraising event. During the jog-a-thon, students were sponsored to complete laps around a track to raise money for the school’s field trip and special programs funds. Boxer Sailors volunteered to run with students, hand out oranges and water, and help keep track of the students’ laps.
