Command Senior Chief LCS Crew 203
A native of Frankfort, Indiana, Command Senior Chief Joshua Jackson has served in a wide array of rigorous sea and shore assignments.
Jackson’s sea duty assignments include Basic Training in Great Lakes, Illinois in 2001, mechanical common core, Machinist’s Mate “A” school, USS Denver (LPD 9), USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), and USS Nimitz (CVN 68). During these tours he deployed to the Western Pacific four times, completed numerous “C” schools, and earned his Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) qualification as an E-5. His sea duty culminated in selection to Senior Chief Petty Officer and the Command Senior Chief program.
Ashore, he served at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego, CA as the Claimancy Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA), and was advanced to Chief Petty Officer.
Command Senior Chief Jackson is currently assigned to Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Crew 203 “Sea Dogs.”
He is a graduate of the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 190 “Blue” and holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science & Technology from the University of Central Texas.
