YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 1, 2011) Fireworks above Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's harbor illuminate U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during a New Year’s Day celebration. At the stroke of midnight, U.S. ships sound their whistles and flash their lights to ring in the new year.
