YOKOSUKA, Japan - Chemical, Biological and Radiological (CBR) Technician Jose Perez instructs Electrician's Mate Fireman Sydney Blom how to properly don an advanced chemical protective garment (ACPG) on the mess decks aboard U.S. 7th Fleet command flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19).
