PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 5, 2014) Seaman Elijah Blanks, from Covington, La., singles up a line as the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Rodney M. Davis (FFG 60) moors in Pearl Harbor. Rodney M. Davis is scheduled to decommission in January 2015, and is making its final journey home after completing a patrol in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
