Davis (FFG 60) underway in the Eastern Pacific while conducting counter-drug missions under the Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) whose mission within the U.S. Southern Command Area of Responsibility is to conduct operations to detect, monitor, disrupt and deter the cultivation, production and transportation of illicit narcotics.
