MCPON Does Pushups With USS Vandegrift Sailors 
 
SAN DIEGO (Aug. 4, 2011) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Rick D. West does pushups with Sailors assigned to the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) aboard a berthing barge during a visit to Naval Base San Diego. West is on a nine-day visit to Navy Region Southwest.
