100609-N-7643B-180 LUMUT, Malaysia (June 9, 2010) Sailors assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) and children from the Rumah Wawasan Children's Home, participate in a water balloon toss game as part of a community service project for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia 2010. CARAT 2010 is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
