SAN DIEGO - The Honorable Dennis M. McCarthy, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, tours the USS McClusky (FFG 41) with the ship's Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Mark Lakamp. The guided-missile frigate recently returned from an independent six-month deployment to the 4th Fleet Area of Responsibility.
