In case you have not read my letter of introduction provided to CHAFEE’s Ombudsman, my name is Commander Chase Patrick and I relieved Commander Heedong Choi on April 24th as Commanding Officer of your Sailor’s ship. You can learn more about my background in the Biography section of this website.
