YOKOSUKA, Japan - Vice Adm. Scott R. Van Buskirk, commander of U.S. 7th Fleet, addresses the crew of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) during a ship visit. Mustin is one of seven Arleigh Burke-class destroyers assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and is forward-deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
