PHILIPPINE SEA - The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) connects with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193) during an underway replenishment. Mustin is assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and is permanently forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan.
