Aviation Support Equipment Technician 1st Class (AW) Arlene Young hands out tickets for a tour aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) during Naval Station Everett (NSE) Freedom Fest 2012. Freedom Fest was held on board (NSE) inviting the public to tour the base and ships to celebrate our nations independence.
