USS Higgins (DDG 76) renders honors to USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) 
 
HONG KONG (Aug. 12, 2011) USS Higgins (DDG 76) renders honors to USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), as the destroyer sails into Hong Kong for a port visit. Higgins is currently operating with the Ronald Reagan Strike Group supporting theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
