U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Dec. 25, 2012) - Vice Adm. John W. Miller, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet, Combined Maritime Forces, talks to Sailors during a visit to the guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73). Decatur is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
