Welcome to the Wardroom! USS DECATUR is proud to present some photos of our officers. It is with great honor and pride that we uphold the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. The wardroom consists of 35 officers, all led by our Commanding Officer, CDR Joel A. Ellingson. Every day, we are challenged with the task of leading DECATUR sailors in serving our nation. Endless hours of arduous work are rewarded with such events as Steel Beach Picnics, Sundaes on Saturdays, and of course, liberty.
