Executive Officer
LCDR Chris England was raised in Greeley, Colorado.  He received his commission through the Seaman-to-Admiral program.

LCDR England has served at sea aboard USS HAYLER (DD 997) as Auxiliaries Officer, USS VINCENNES (CG 49) as Assistant Operations Officer, and USS JOHN S. MCCAIN (DDG 56) as Weapons and Combat Systems Officer.

LCDR England served ashore as the Branch Chief, J5/Policy and Strategy, Joint Functional Component Command, U.S. Strategic Command.

He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of San Diego and Southern Illinois University, as well as a graduate degree from the U.S. Navy War College.

In November 2012 LCDR England reported as Executive Officer, USS FITZGERALD (DDG 62).

LCDR England's awards include the Joint Meritorious Service Medal; Joint Service Commendation Medal; Navy Commendation Medal; Joint Service Achievement Medal; Navy Achievement Medal and various Unit and Service Awards.
