USS Russell Departs Pearl Harbor for Hull Swap with USS Halsey

PEARL HARBOR (Jan. 3, 2013) - The guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) departs Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam for the last time. The crew is scheduled to swap hulls with USS Halsey (DDG 97) out of San Diego in late January.
