121205-N-PQ745-053 SAN DIEGO (Dec. 5, 2012) - Boatswain's Mate Seaman Apprentice Latoya Barnaba and Lt. Erica Reid-Dixon wrap presents for the Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) Holiday Lights Ship Decorating Competition aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111). NBSD will open its gates to allow military and civilian traffic to drive along a marked waterfront route to view ship's holiday decorations, tour designated ships and to attend a Holiday Festival, Dec. 14.
