Mobile, Alabama has been approved as ship's commissioning site on 4 JUN 2011 at Pier 2 of Alabama State Docks, in Downtown Mobile, AL.

The ceremony will take place from 1100-1215, and the official speaker is Admiral Winnefeld, Commander United States Northern Command.
