Master Chief Michael Noullet is a native of Harrisburg, PA. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy August 1991 and attended Basic Training and SONAR Technician Surface "A" and “C” Schools in San Diego, CA.

His assignments have included, SONAR maintenance technician onboard USS Fife (DD 991), Yokosuka Japan; SONAR Technician “C” school instructor at Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center, San Diego, CA; Combat Acoustic Leading Chief Petty Officer onboard USS Ross (DDG 71), Norfolk, VA; SONAR Technician “A” school course manager at Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center, San Diego, CA; Combat Systems Department Leading Chief Petty Officer onboard USS Shiloh (CG 67) Yokosuka Japan; Senior Enlisted Leader and ASW training and assessment Senior Enlisted Team Lead at Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command, San Diego, CA; Operations Department Leading Chief Petty Officer at Littoral Combat Ship Squadron One, San Diego, CA.

He reported to USS Dewey (DDG 105) as the Command Master Chief in May 2016.

He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 136), The Command Master Chief and Chief of The Boat Course (Class 157), and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Master Chief Noullet is designated Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist. His personal awards include Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five awards), and various campaign and service medals.
